Our Transparent Cancellations & Refund Policy
Pitradev (https://www.pitradev.com/) offers a very transparent and simple 7-10 Days Return & Replacement policy. Regarding the nature of the goods or services we offer, we are aware that unusual circumstances can arise. In the following case we provide full refund to our Goods and services:
- Non-delivery of the product or service: For instance, you might not get a pandit/priest for booked pooja. In that case we refund full amount.
- Even though all goods and services are thoroughly reviewed before release, unexpected errors may occasionally appear. These mistakes can be software-related or manual. This justification needs to be approved by our support team (info@Pitradev.com).
- To eligible for cancellation policy, one must raise the cancellations request before two days (48 hours) or more prior to the Scheduled Pooja date.
- Cancellations of our service are not allow within 48 hours of Puja or any another service.
- To eligible for cancellation policy, one must raise the request before us via e-mail to info@Pitradev.com.
- After cancellation acknowledgement will be sent within 2 working days and fees refunded within 7-10 working days, subject to this Refund Policy.
Our Non-Refundable Policy
- For any cause on the part of the devotees, Poojas cancelled on that specific day during that muhurth time will not be eligible for refunds.
- Once the purchase is completed for a Pooja Service provided by Pitradev Global Service Pvt Ltd, refunds are not given.
- You are accountable for being aware of this refund policy as a customer before making any purchases from our website.
- Goods and Services tax levied on your services will not be refundable.
Your registration will not be completed if we do not receive an advance payment or final payment.
If the advance or complete payment is not made before the Puja, our service won't be provided.
Coins, checks, Visa, MasterCard, or online banking can all be used for payment.
Note: If more than one payment is made using various payment methods, all refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Please note that the credit card company / banks may take another week to reflect the refund amount in your account.
