It is believed that performing Pind Daan in Gaya has the power to cleanse the souls of the ancestors and help them attain salvation.
Another story associated with Pind Daan is that of the demon Vritra, who was defeated by Lord Indra. It is believed that Vritra's soul was restless and could not attain peace until Lord Indra performed Pind Daan for him.

In case you do not have much time for doing pind daan at multiple places, doing pind daan at Vishnupad temple is more than sufficient. In this Package, Pind daan will be done at one place-Vishnupad Mandir. You need to come to Vishnupad temple where our priest partner will receive you. You need to carry one white dhoti with you which you will wear at the time of Pind daan. It will take round 1 hour to complete the pind daan ritual and all puja material will be arranged by us.
