• Asthivisarjan at Prayagraj

Allahabad, often referred to as Prayag, is regarded as the ruler of all the Tirth and is occasionally called Tirthraj Prayag. One of the most significant holy centres in Hinduism is Allahabad, which is located on the banks of the rivers Ganga, Yamuna, and the legendary Saraswati. Many thousands of pilgrims travel to Allahabad's Sangam, where the three aforementioned rivers converge, every day to take a sacred dip. After taking the bath people go for different kinds of daan to the priests and pandas of Allahabad which are available on bank of Sangam.

The Vedas state that the most fortunate action you can take is to immerse the mortal remnants of the deceased soul in the Ganges. In Hindu mythology, Asthivisarjan near Triveni Sangam (Prayag) is very significant. Hindus believe that Sangam at Prayag is the second-most significant site for Asthi Visarjan after Kashi. As a result, many people practise Asthi Visarjan at both Kashi and Allahabad. Many people go daily to Allahabad from various parts of India to do asthi visarjan and other vedic rites.

Note: You must bring Asthi in a Mud Pot with Kalash. You can reserve your time slot by calling.

Important: We at Pitradev allot you a priest who can help you in the procedure and perform the rituals effectively. We do not believe in trapping people by making unrealistic promises and heavy monetary demands.
