Disclaimer Regarding Product Responsibility for All Online Goods

The product's weight, size, colour, and other details are simply approximations that are listed with the product photographs.

Thus, there can be a small difference between the items' photographs and their actual products. God Statues has the right to offer a comparable or alternative product in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

We accept customised orders for sizes beyond those of the aforementioned goods, but the customer must pay 50% of the total amount upfront in order to fulfil the order.

Astrology Consultation

The horoscope and predictive advice provided by our purohit or astrologer (Priest) consultant should not be used to replace or substitute the advice, programmes, or treatment they would typically receive from a licenced professional, such as a lawyer, doctor, psychiatrist, or financial consultant.

Pitradev does not treat any specific illness, problem, or ailment, nor does it guarantee to medically enhance or alleviate any specific physical condition or address any specific physical condition, or the absence thereof. By using this website, you accept that you are not using Pitradev's services to cure any specific illness, sickness, affliction, or physical condition.

Homams, Pujas & All Other Services

The rates shown for all homams and pujas are conducted privately for you or anybody else you specify when making your reservation. We would like to inform you that there is separate arrangement to perform puja on a group basis (group sankalpam), please contact us at info@Pitradev.com if you have any such requirement.

Pitradev Will not be held liable if the vendor/priest fails to arrive or arrives late due to natural factors (flooding, excessive traffic, etc. ), accidents/health difficulties, or any other environmental/government issues.

Additionally, please keep in mind that all of the pandits/priests registered with Pitradev who do pujas on your behalf are independent contractors, and Pitradev will not be held liable for any disagreement or problem that comes between the User and the Pandit/Priests.

Disclaimer Of Warranty & Liability

Pitradev.com disclaims all warranties and representations, either stated or implied, as to the operation of the site and the information, contents, goods, and services featured on this site. It is not accountable or liable for any unlawful, threatening, obscene, offensive, or defamatory material or behaviour of any third party or any violation of the rights of a third party, including their intellectual property. It is also not liable for any content that third parties send over or include on a website or service.

This agreement is governed by the laws of India and includes the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Pitradev.com site/services.
